The Portage Review seeks submissions for upcoming publications.
Founded in 2017 by graduate students in the Rhetoric, Theory, and Culture Program and linked to the Composition Program at Michigan Technological University, The Portage Review highlights the transdisciplinary research, scholarship, and creative production of our students. Our pilot issue can be found at www.portagereview.wordpress.com.
Deadlines – The Portage Review welcomes submissions on a rolling basis. Publication decisions may take several months.
Submission Guidelines – Students can currently submit their work by going to https://portagereview.com/submissions/ and clicking on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
In the submission form, include the following information
- Title of the attached manuscript
- Genre (essay, short story, poem, photography, etc.)
If relevant, you can also include the course number, course title, and professor of record for whom you originally crafted your submission.
The attached manuscript should contain the title but no other identifying information (name, professor’s name, etc.). The filename should also contain only the title. Please upload your manuscript as a single document, in a commonly accessible format.
Instructors from across campus, regardless of discipline, who would like more information about how to incorporate Portage Review submission into their syllabi are encouraged to email Associate Editor, Edzordzi Agbozo (firstname.lastname@example.org). They can also use the form below.
